Terms and Conditions
- The MSH+ Rewards programme is available to self-paying patients. Each RM1.00 spent earns 1 point.
- Free lifetime membership upon app registration.
i. Voucher Redemption:
- Reward vouchers: 10,000 points = RM10.00.
- Vouchers are non-transferable and must be used within specified validity periods.
ii. Room Upgrades:
- Room upgrades to Premier Deluxe Single or Deluxe Single room are subject to availability.
- Upgrades are available only when applicable rooms are available and may not be guaranteed.
- Discounts exclude ICU/CCU/HDU and Isolation Rooms.
- Deluxe Single Room Upgrade: Conversion of 150,000 membership reward points.
- Premier Deluxe Single Room Upgrade: Conversion of 250,000 membership reward points.
iii. Birthday Offers:
- Birthday vouchers and wishes shall be provided to eligible members during their birthday month.
- The validity and value of birthday vouchers may vary and are subject to terms set by MAHSA Specialist Hospital.
iv. Redemption and Offers:
- Redemption and offers cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions or discounts.
- Certain services may be excluded from membership benefits at the discretion of MAHSA Specialist Hospital.
- Offers or benefits may be subject to change without prior notice, as per the discretion of MAHSA Specialist Hospital.
- MSH+ Health Card member may redeem points for membership upgrade to MSH+ Premier Heath Card at 500,000 reward point
- Membership does not guarantee access to all services at MAHSA Specialist Hospital, as certain services may not be included.
- Redemption is subject to availability of the services or rooms and may not be available during peak periods.
- The hospital reserves the right to amend or terminate membership terms or conditions at any time without prior notice.
- One exclusive welcome gift is redeemable upon the member’s first visit to MAHSA Specialist Hospital after successful registration.
- Welcome gift items may vary and are subject to availability while stock last.
